Cuts You Up is a hair salon by Yoav Arobas, who came up with the name in 2014, about two years before he opened the salon with his partner Ronen, according to its about page. The two met at a hairdressing school where Yoav headed training and Ronen taught, and they chose a shop at 1 Reines Street and designed it themselves; the salon's pages now give its address as 5 Ma'on Street. Its about page says service matters as much as skill and that the salon will not do anything it believes is wrong or harmful for the hair. It lists women's and men's cuts, colour, highlights, ombré and balayage, blow-dries, keratin and organic smoothing, curl repair and extensions, and its price list puts a women's cut at 370 shekels and a men's cut at 120. It is open from 10:00 to 20:00 on Sunday and Tuesday to Thursday and from 09:00 to 15:00 on Friday, and closed on Monday and Saturday.
