השלמת פסק-דין

בהמשך לפסק-הדין על דרך הפשרה שניתן על ידי ביום 19.2.2013, ולבקשתם המוסכמת של הצדדים לתיקון טעות סופר, אני מוסיפה ומורה כי תבוטלנה הקביעות הכלולות בפסק-דינו של בית המשפט קמא מיום 15.5.2012 המייחסות למערערת חוסר יושר או התנהלות פסולה וחסרת תום-לב. למען הסר ספק מודגש עם זאת כי המימצא המשפטי לפיו הפרה המערערת את ההסכם נותר על כנו.
