ערעור על פסק דינו של בית המשפט המחוזי בחיפה בפש"ר 983/05 מיום 26.11.07, שניתן על ידי כב' השופטת דיאנה סלע
פסק-דין
המערער לא פעל בהתאם להחלטת כב' הרשם י' מרזל מיום 21.7.08 ולא הפקיד ערבון במועד שנקבע. גם ההודעה בדבר רישום ההליך לדחיה לא זכתה להתייחסות.
אשר על כן, אני מורה על דחיית ההליך באין הפקדת ערבון.
