פסק-דין

אני נותן בזה תוקף של פסק דין להסכמות הצדדים כאמור בהודעתם מיום 15.1.2012.

הערעור שהגישה הרכבת יתקבל, באופן ש בית משפט קמא יקבל הודעת צד ג' ויורה כי כל סכום שתחויב הרכבת לשלם לחברת העובדים בתביעה העיקרית ישולם במלואו על ידי העירייה, ומבלי לגרוע מזכותה של חברת העובדים להיפרע ישירות מהרכבת לכשינתן פסק הדין בתביעה העיקרית.

קדם המשפט הקבוע ליום 14.2.2012 – מבוטל. הבקשה מושא רע"א 8973/11 תידון בנפרד בהתאם להסכמות אליהם הגיעו הצדדים כאמור בהודעתם הנ"ל.
