פסק -דין
בעתירה זו מבקש העותר שלפנינו כי יוצא צו על תנאי המורה למשיבה לנמק מדוע "לא תבצע את מצוות השם", תבטל את תפילת מוסף ועוד בקשות מסוג זה.
עיינו בעתירה על חלקיה השונים, ובאנו לכלל מסקנה כי העתירה אינה מגלה כל עילה משפטית.
אשר על כן, העתירה נדחית על הסף.
ניתן היום, כ"ז בשבט התשס"ח (3.2.2008).
