פסק-דין והחלטה

1.מדבריהם של בעלי הדין עלה כי לא קיימת כיום בעיה לגבי המוצר נשוא העתירה בבג"ץ 2908/13. מ דובר במחבר 20 מ"מ המיוצר על ידי העותרת NTM. במוצר זה בוצעה פעולה מתקנת על פי החלטתה של הוועדה המקצועית מיום 6.6.2012. מוצר זה נמצא כיום בבדיקה בגרמניה.

מכל מקום, לעת הזו אין כל בעיה לגבי המוצר ועל כן העתירה בבג"ץ 2908/13 התייתרה. לפיכך, אנו מחליטים למוחקה בלא שייעשה צו להוצאות. מיותר לומר שלצדדים שמורות טענותיהם.

2.לעניין בג"ץ 7470/13: המשיב באותה עתירה, מכון התקנים הישראלי, יגיש הודעה מעדכנת לא יאוחר מיום 1.9.2014. העותרות יגיבו תוך 15 ימים מעת קבלת הודעתו של המשיב. משהחומר יוגש לתיק יוחלט באשר להמשך הטיפול בעתירה זו.
