פסק-דין
בעתירתו ביקש העותר אשר היה עצור מכוח צו גירוש שהוצא נגדו כי יגורש לרצועת עזה.
ביום 14.11.99 הודיעה המשיבה כי ביום 8.11.99 הועבר העותר לשטח שבשליטת הרשות הפלסטינית ברצועת עזה.
בכך בא העותר על סיפוקו ועתירתו מתייתרת.
אי לכך העתירה נדחית.
ניתן היום, ח' בכסלו תש"ס (17.11.99).
