החלטה
ביום 22.10.96 דחיתי את בקשת רשות הערעור שהוגשה על-ידי המבקשים. ביום 16.2.97 פנה המבקש מס' 1 בבקשה לעיון חוזר בהחלטתי זו. בקשה זו הובאה בפני רק עתה.
החלטתי מיום 22.10.96 היא סופית. אין הדין מאפשר פניה חוזרת ונשנית לערכאות, עד שהחלטתן תניח את דעתו של הפונה.
הבקשה לעיון חוזר נדחית.
ניתנה היום, כ"ו באייר התשנ"ז (2.6.97).
