הצדדים מודיעים לבית המשפט כי הם מקבלים את המלצת בית המשפט, לפיה העותר חוזר בו מעתירתו.

העותר שומר לעצמו את הזכות להגיש בקשה תוך 30 יום ללשכת רישום האוכלוסין וההגירה ברחובות, בצירוף כלל המסמכים הדרושים. המשיב מתחייב ליתן את החלטתו בבקשה בהקדם ולא יאוחר מ-90 יום לאחר הגשתה. בכל אותה תקופה על העותר לשתף פעולה בענין ברור ההליכים נשוא בקשתו. כמו כן, העותר לא יורחק מישראל במהלך התקופה הנ"ל, וכן 14 יום לאחר המצאת ההחלטה לידיו אם וככל שבקשתו תסורב.

אשר על כן, ולאור האמור לעיל, העתירה נמחקת בזה.
