תיקון: תשנ״ז
בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 7 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – מעצרים), התשנ״ו–1996, ולאחר שהמפקח הכללי של משטרת ישראל אישר כי תאי המעצר המפורטים להלן עומדים בתנאים על פי החוק וכי ניתן לאפשר לעצורים שיוחזקו בהם במשמורת זכויותיהם על פי החוק, אני מכריז כמקום מעצר שבאחריות משטרת ישראל על תאי המעצר באגפים המיועדים להחזקת עצורים בעבירות בטחון בלבד, בתחנות המשטרה כמפורט להלן:
