בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 7 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – מעצרים), התשנ״ו–1996 (להלן – החוק), ולאחר שנציב בתי הסוהר אישר כי מקומות המעצר המפורטים להלן עומדים בתנאים על פי החוק וכי ניתן לאפשר לעצורים שיוחזקו בהם במשמורת את זכויותיהם על פי החוק, אני מכריז על אגפים 10 ו־13 בבית הסוהר מעשיהו כמקום מעצר שבאחריות שירות בתי הסוהר.
תוקפה של הכרזה זו מיום י״ב באדר ב׳ התשס״ה (23 במרס 2005).
