בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 7 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – מעצרים), התשנ״ו–1996 (להלן – החוק), ולאחר שנציב בתי הסוהר אישר כי מקומות המעצר המפורטים להלן עומדים בתנאים על פי החוק וכי ניתן לאפשר לעצורים שיוחזקו בהם במשמורת זכויותיהם על פי החוק, אני מכריז כמקום מעצר שבאחריות שירות בתי הסוהר על בתי הסוהר במקומות שלהלן:
בגוש השרון
(1)בית סוהר ”רימונים“.
(2)בית סוהר ”אופק“. (נוער)
