1. הגדרות
בכללים אלה –
”מבקש“ – מי שמבקש להירשם במרשם;
”מדינת חוץ“ – מדינה מחוץ לישראל;
”תצהיר“ – הצהרה בכתב שניתנה ואומתה לפי אחת מדרכים אלה:
(1)לפי סעיף 15 לפקודת הראיות [נוסח חדש], התשל״א–1971;
(2)לפי סעיף 7(5) או סעיף 50א לחוק הנוטריונים, התשל״ו–1976 (להלן – חוק הנוטריונים).
