7. הוראה בענין מקום העונש של אנשים שנתחייבו
עברין שנתחייב בפני בית משפט בריטי בארץ נכריה ואותו בית משפט חרץ עליו משפט מות, עבודת פרך, עונש מאסר או כל עונש אחר, מוציאין את הפסק לפועל באותו מקום שדבר מלך במועצה יקבענו ולפי הוראות שתנתנה בדבר מלך במועצה והחיוב והפסק יהא להם אותו תוקף במקום שבו יוצא הפסק לפועל כאילו ניתנו הפסק המחייב והפסק דין ע״י בית משפט מוסמך באותו המקום.
