36. הצבת בני אדם בכוננות כיבוי אש
(א)ליד כל מזח יימצא אדם בכוננות כיבוי אש בכל משך ריתוקה של המכלית במסוף; ובמסוף בו רתוקות מכליות למצופים תשייט סירת כוננות בקירבת המכליות, כשהיא מאויישת ובכוננות בכל משך ריתוק המכליות.
(ב)לבני האדם שיימצאו בכוננות במזח ובסירת הכוננות תהיה אפשרות להשתלב ביעילות במערכת הקשר שבין המסוף והמכלית, כמפורט בתקנה 19 ובאופן שיאפשר דיווח מהיר במקרי חירום.
