בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 17 לפקודת הנמלים, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הנמל“ – נמל עכו;
”המנהל“ – מנהל הנמל או מי שהוסמך על ידיו לענין תקנות אלה.
2. אגרות
בעד שימוש בנמל ובמיתקניו על ידי ספינה, תשולם למנהל אגרה כמפורט בתוספת.
3. שמירת תוקף
תקנות אלה באות להוסיף על כל דין אחר ולא לגרוע ממנו.
4. פטור
המנהל רשאי לפטור מחובת תשלום האגרות לפי תקנות אלה, כולן או מקצתן.
5. השם
לתקנות אלה ייקרא ”תקנות הנמלים (אגרות שימוש בנמל עכו ובמיתקניו), תש״ל–1969“.
