53. תחילה
(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה, למעט התקנות המפורטות בתקנת משנה (ב) ו־(ג), באחד לחודש השלישי שלאחר פרסומן (התקנות פורסמו ביום 24.9.2026, ותחילתן ביום 1.12.2026).
(ב)תחילתן של תקנות 4, 5, 6(ה), 7, 10, 11, 12, 17, 19, 25, 26, 27, 28, 37, 38, 45, 47 ו־48 – שישה חודשים מיום התחילה.
(ג)תחילתן של תקנות 15, 39 למעט תקנה 39(א), 41, 42 ו־43 – שנה מיום התחילה.
