124כב. ממלא מקום למנהל הרשות שהושעה
תיקון: תשס״ו
השעתה הממשלה את מנהל הרשות הממשלתית, תמנה לו, בדרך האמורה בסעיף 124יט, ממלא מקום שמתקיימים בו תנאי הכשירות הנדרשים לפי סעיף 124כ, לתקופה שלא תעלה על שנה אחת; לממלא המקום יהיו כל הסמכויות של מנהל הרשות הממשלתית לפי חוק זה ולפי כל דין אחר.
