110עב. ביטול עונש או הקלה בו
תיקון: תשס״ח־2, תשע״ו־4
(א)הנציב רשאי, בנסיבות מיוחדות שיירשמו, לבטל עונש שהוטל בדין משמעתי בפסק דין חלוט, להפחית ממנו או להחליפו בעונש קל ממנו.
(ב)חויב סוהר בדין משמעתי בפסק דין חלוט, בתשלום פיצויים לפי סעיף 110סה, בשל נזק שנגרם לרכוש השירות, רשאי הנציב, בנסיבות מיוחדות שיירשמו, לבטל את החיוב בפיצויים או להקטין את שיעורם.
