40. בירור תלונות הציבור
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)המנהל יברר את תלונות הציבור בדבר פעילות של בעל רישיון או משווק לצרכן ביתי כהגדרתו בסעיף 38(ב1)(2), שיש בהן ממש.
(ב)המנהל ימסור למועצה אחת לשישה חודשים דין וחשבון על פעילותו בבירור תלונות הציבור.
