35א. החזרת תגמולים ששולמו שלא כדין
תיקון: תשכ״א
(א)ביטל או שינה קצין תגמולים החלטה מכוח סעיף 35, רשאי הוא לחייב בהחלטת הביטול או השינוי את הנכה בהחזרת כל סכום המגיע ממנו עקב אותה החלטה.
(ב)לא ערער הנכה על החיוב כאמור או ערער וערעורו נדחה – יהא דינו של החיוב, לענין ההוצאה לפועל, כפסק דין סופי של בית משפט.
