35ב. עיכוב זמני של התגמולים
תיקון: תשכ״א
היה לקצין תגמולים יסוד סביר להניח שיש מקום לבטל או לשנות החלטה מכוח סעיף 35, ולחייב נכה בהחזרת כספים ששולמו לו, רשאי הוא לעכב את תשלום התגמולים לנכה, כולם או מקצתם, לתקופה שלא תעלה על 6 חדשים.
