231א1. דרכי גביה
תיקון: תשס״ג, תשס״ו, תשע״ד, תשע״ד־2
(א)פקודת המסים (גביה), תחול על גביית מס ואגרה המוטלים לפי פקודה זו, וכל סכום המוטל לפי סעיפים 83, 84, 203(ב), 203א(ב) ו־231ג, וניתן גם לגבותם בדרך של תובענה אזרחית.
(ב)הוראות סעיפים 102(ב) ו־102ב לחוק מס ערך מוסף, התשל״ו–1975, יחולו על גבייה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), בשינויים המחויבים.
