תיקון: תשנ״ב
קברניט אניית חמרים מסוכנים בצובר, מפעיל מיתקן ומפעיל רציף, כל אחד בתחום אחריותו, יבדקו שננקטו כל האמצעים הדרושים כדי שחומר מסוכן הנמצא בצינור, בשסתום או בכלי קיבול אחר, לא יבוא עם חומר אחר כלשהו במגע אשר כתוצאה ממנו עלול להיגרם כל סיכון שהוא.
