170א. אספקת צידה ודלק
תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשע״ח
(א)לא תיעשה כל אספקה בנמל לאניית חמרים מסוכנים בצובר בשעת שינוע חמרים מסוכנים בצובר, ממנה או אליה, אלא בהיתר מאת רב חובל הנמל.
(ב)לא תתודלק אניית חמרים מסוכנים בצובר אלא בהיתר מאת רב חובל הנמל.
