7ב. התאמות נגישות במרפאה עצמאית חדשה
תיקון: תשפ״ז
(החל מהמועד המחייב השלישי): במרפאה עצמאית חדשה ובדרך המובילה אליה מגבול המגרש יתקיים חלק א׳ בתוספת השלישית, והיא תהיה מרפאה נגישה, מרגע פתיחתה לציבור לראשונה.
