תיקון: תשפ״ז
(החל ממועד המחייב הראשון, ואולם לגבי מתן שירות בריאות מורכב במרפאה עצמאית ותיקה – במועד המחייב הרביעי; הנוסח הקבוע): במרפאה עצמאית ותיקה ובדרך המובילה אליה מגבול המגרש יתקיים חלק ב׳ בתוספת השלישית, והיא תהיה מרפאה נגישה.
