13. היתר להפלגה בין־לאומית
תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשס״א, תשס״ד
(א)לא יפליג כלי שיט ישראלי למסע בינלאומי מישראל, אלא אם כן יש בידי הקברניט היתר להפלגה בינלאומית חתום ביד מפקח, לפי הטופס המתאים שבתוספת השלישית.
(ב)לא יתן מפקח היתר הפלגה כאמור, אם יש לו יסוד סביר להאמין שכלי השיט אינו כשיר לשיט בהתאם לתקנות אלה.
(ג)הוראות תקנות משנה (א) ו־(ב) לא יחולו על ספינה אלא אם כן היא משמשת למטרות מסחריות או למטרות לימוד.
