13א. איסור הפלגת ספינה אל מחוץ למימי החופין בלא ציוד בטיחות נוסף
תיקון: תשס״ח
לא ישיט אדם ספינה אל מחוץ למימי החופין של ישראל אלא אם כן היא מצוידת, נוסף על ציוד הבטיחות הקבוע בתוספת העשרים, בכל אלה:
(1)משואת ביות חירום (E.P.I.R.B.);
(2)אסדת הצלה עם תעודת תוקף, המיועדת למספר בני אדם שאינו פחות ממספר המפליגים בספינה בפועל; על אסדת הצלה כאמור יחולו ההוראות המסומנות (1) ו־(3) בטור ההערות מול סודר 3 בטבלה מס׳ 1 בתוספת העשרים.
