211. סעיף 211
אם חזר המודיע מהודעתו או הבדאי מבדייתו לפני כל הליך שהוא, ייענש בשישית העונש שצויין בשני הסעיפים הקודמים ואם חזר בו במה שהוא יחס או הודה כי בדה ראיות מטריאליות לאחר הליכים משפטיים יורד ממנו שני שלישים מהעונש שצויין בשני הסעיפים הקודמים.
