212. סעיף 212
מי שנקרא בשמו על־ידי שופט, קצין מהמשטרה או ממשמר הגבול או איזה פקיד מפקידי התביעה וענה בשם או תואר שאינם שלו, או מסר פרטים כוזבים אודות זהותו, מקום מגוריו, כתובתו, או אודות זהותו, מקום מגוריו או כתובתו של אדם אחר ייענש במאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על חודש או בקנס מדינר אחד עד עשרה דינרים.
