472. סעיף 472
ייגזר עונש מאסר עד לשבוע ובקנס עד לחמישה דינרים על כל אדם:–
(1)העוזב בעל־חי ביתי שבבעלותו ללא מזון או מזניח אותו הזנחה גמורה.
(2)המכה באכזריות, מעמיס למעלה מן המדה או מענה בעל־חי מאולף או ביתי.
(3)המעביד בעל־חי שמסיבת מחלתו, גילו, פציעתו או מומו אין הוא מסוגל לעבודה.
