3. מסירת פרטים
(א)המינהלה רשאית לבקש ממועמד לתפקיד מנהל מסדיר פרטים אודות לקוחות שהוא מייצג או שייצג בעבר, וכן פרטים אחרים הנראים לה חשובים לקביעת כשירות המועמד.
(ב)פרטים שנמסרו לפי תקנה זאת יהיו חסויים.
