Section 4 of תקנות יישום תכנית ההתנתקות (כשירות והעברה מתפקיד של מנהל מסדיר ומפרק מסדיר), התשס״ה–2005, העברה מתפקיד.
4. העברה מתפקיד
(א)המינהלה רשאית להעביר מנהל מסדיר מתפקידו באחת מאלה:
(1)המנהל המסדיר התנהג התנהגות שאינה הולמת את תפקידו;
(2)נתקיים בו אחד הסייגים למינוי מנהל מסדיר לפי תקנה 2;
(3)המנהל המסדיר אינו מקדיש לתפקידו את הזמן הדרוש.
(ב)המינהלה לא תחליט על העברת מנהל מסדיר מתפקידו אלא לאחר שנתנה לו הזדמנות לטעון לפניה את טענותיו.
