Almogim is an apartment hotel in a compound on HaHaskala Street, about five minutes' drive from the promenade and the sea. Its apartments stand in several buildings and run from 30 square metre studios to a 140 square metre apartment for 12, each with an equipped kitchen, and some with a safe room. The central building has a swimming pool with a lifeguard, open all year and heated in winter, and a gym open from 08:00 to 23:00. The compound also has a basketball court, a minimarket and Matityahu, a bar-restaurant by the pool. Its site says the compound is guarded by 130 cameras, reception answers around the clock, also by WhatsApp, and parking is free for guests when there is space.
