The Herzliya Pituach branch of Ben Ami, a kosher patisserie founded in Kfar Vitkin and known for its Savta Zehava cheesecake.

Its site says the patisserie was founded in Kfar Vitkin by the confectioner Ben Ami Bartini Shavit, who learned the craft from his grandmother Zehava, after whom its well-known Savta Zehava cheesecake is named. It began trading in 1990, moved its kitchen to the Or Akiva industrial zone in 2008, and was bought in 2014 by the Natali Plus group. It makes layer cakes, round cakes, sugar-free cakes, yeast cakes, cookies, single desserts and savoury and sweet pastries, including flourless, gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan lines. The Herzliya branch is one of three, with Or Akiva and Tel Aviv, and closes on Friday at 14:00.
