A shawarma place on Sokolov Street in central Herzliya, run by the third generation of a family that opened a Yemeni restaurant in the city in 1974.

Its site tells how grandfather Yehiel Tzarum opened a restaurant in Herzliya's Neve Amal neighbourhood in 1974, serving Yemeni soup, malawach and a Yemeni bread baked in a taboon; his grandson Omri Tzarum, who grew up in that kitchen, carries the family's taste on at 73 Sokolov. It serves veal, turkey or mixed shawarma sliced on the spot in laffa made from its own dough and baked in a stone taboon all day, with salads made daily and its Yemeni soup. Its site quotes the Walla food critic David Rosenthal, who counted it among the best shawarma places in the country, and it also brings a stand to weddings and company events, baking the Yemeni pitas in front of the guests. It closes for Shabbat and reopens an hour after it ends.
