A coffee roastery and shop in Mahane Yehuda market, roasting beans every day and selling blends, single origins and coffee gear.

Shukaffe is a coffee roastery and shop on HaAfarsek Street in Mahane Yehuda market. It grew from a small shop on Yanai Street, and its site says it brought origins rarely found in Israel, such as Burundi, Cuba and Congo, to the market. Beans are roasted every day and reach customers minutes after roasting, in blends matched to the Israeli palate, single-origin coffees and, lately, light roasts of the third wave; it can also match the taste of a favourite Italian brand. Beside the beans it sells moka pots, filters and other coffee gear. A private-label service lets customers use its roaster to make a coffee of their own from any origin in the shop, from a small amount to several kilograms. It ships across Israel within seven working days, or orders can be collected at the shop.
