A specialty coffee house and roastery on Aza Street in Rehavia that roasts its beans on site and bakes its own pastries.

Sybaris Specialty Coffee opened in 2021 in Jerusalem, the home town of the people behind it, who say they set out to raise the quality and flavour of coffee in the city. The coffee is roasted on site, so guests choose among beans from different countries: its shop lists single origins from Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda and Honduras, sorted as balanced, expressive, exceptional or rare. Guests sit in the café with pastries made in-house. The first café is at 13 Aza Street in Rehavia, and a newer second place is at 20 Aza Street. The beans, brewing equipment and gift cards are also sold through its website, which offers free shipping on orders over 200 shekels and coffee for businesses. It is open Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 to 19:00 and on Friday from 7:00 to 15:30, and is closed on Saturday.
