Caffit Modi'in is a branch of Caffit, which opened its first café in the German Colony in Jerusalem in 1987 and now has four branches in and around Jerusalem. The Modi'in branch looks out over Park Anabe and its lake, and its site places it as a meeting point halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. It is a kosher dairy restaurant with a kitchen drawing on Italian and Israeli cooking: mezze, salads, pasta, fish and dishes such as browned halloumi and salmon skewers.
