Its founder, Liza Hazan, writes on its about page that after years in the field she set up a studio built around women's needs, with varied workouts that change from session to session and practical tools for balanced eating, under the motto Train Different. Its timetable runs morning and evening classes from Sunday to Thursday, Friday mornings and Saturday nights, among them Unique 360, a circuit of strength and aerobic exercises, Triple A, 7Boom, Kangoo Power, Wonder Core, Wonder HIIT and Wonder Power.
