OmYoga is a yoga studio and yoga teacher-training school at 13 Yetziat Europa Street in Ra'anana, founded in 2007 by Shani Sharon, a senior yoga teacher who also gives Ayurveda and yoga-therapy treatments at the studio. The studio is new and bright and looks out over the treetops, and its classes follow the Ashtanga vinyasa method, counted, in small groups of up to about 12, mornings and evenings: first-series classes, guided Mysore-style practice and advanced second and third series for experienced students and teachers. Pregnant women join the regular classes from the 12th week with guidance suited to their stage, and private classes and yoga therapy are given one to one. Each year the school opens yoga teacher-training courses of 200 to 500 hours, alongside monthly workshops, beginners' courses and retreats.
