mae cafe is a chain of six specialty coffee cafés whose coffee is roasted at its own roastery in the Bursa district of Ramat Gan, from beans bought straight from farms in Costa Rica, Guatemala and Colombia that change with the seasons. Its branch in the One tower, at 9 HaHilazon Street, is an open space in the middle of the tower's lobby, which its page calls the chain's most elegant branch. As the day goes on its After Office hours begin, when cocktails take the place of espresso. It is open from 8:00 to 20:00 from Sunday to Thursday and until 14:00 on Friday.
