Bistro 3 is a deli and restaurant at 3 Yaakov Rozen Street, which its pages also give as 3 HaBonim Street, in Ramat Gan's Diamond Exchange district. At midday on weekdays it serves lunch to hundreds of diners; on Fridays and holiday eves it opens at 6:00 for a food fair of more than 120 dishes from every community, and it sells the same cooking through its online shop, from cured salmon and brisket to grilled chicken, Moroccan meat cigars, stuffed vegetables and holiday dishes. Its site says it uses only fresh ingredients and antibiotic-free chicken. In the evenings the dining room becomes a space for private events of up to 80 guests, cooked by chef Dimitri Zibov and his team. It is kosher under the Ramat Gan rabbinate.
