Its site says the studio is equipped with the latest Pilates beds and a wide range of accessories, and its classes cover classical and dynamic Pilates on the apparatus, in groups with personal attention. Its hours page shows the studio staffed from 07:00 on weekday mornings and in the evenings until 21:00, with sessions on Friday and Saturday mornings.
