Studio Gallop is a yoga and mat Pilates studio at 2 Asaf Street in Ramat Gan, between the Harozim neighbourhood and Shikun Vatikim. It began as a home studio in Shikun Vatikim for private lessons and small groups and later moved to its own spacious, newly fitted room, and it is run by Sebastian Katz, a doctor of biochemistry and a certified yoga teacher who teaches Swasthya yoga. Its weekly timetable runs Ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha and Swasthya yoga beside mat Pilates, core Pilates and functional training, mostly in the early morning and the evening, with a 90-minute Ashtanga class on Friday. Classes are taught in small groups, and it also gives private lessons and guidance in pregnancy and after birth. Newcomers can book a trial class through its site.
