A chocolaterie on Yaakov Street in Rehovot, founded by a chocolatier and her husband in 2011, whose shop turns into a café on Fridays

Bruno Chocolate was founded in 2011 by the chocolatier Yulia Prager and her husband, who set out to bring the experience of a European capital's chocolate shop to Israel; after years of work with hotels, restaurants and companies, the chocolaterie at 17 Yaakov Street in Rehovot opened in 2017. Its site says she has won medals in international competitions. It makes pralines, chocolate fingers, gift boxes and boxes of pralines, and sells raw chocolate for baking. On Fridays the shop becomes a city café, which its site calls kosher, from 8:00 to 14:00.
