The home of Chaim Weizmann, Israel's first president, kept as a museum on his estate in the grounds of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot

Weizmann House is kept by Yad Chaim Weizmann, set up by the Government of Israel and the Zionist Executive on 15 June 1954 to commemorate Dr Chaim Weizmann, the first President of the State of Israel. It looks after the house and the Weizmann estate, close to 50 dunams of gardens around the house with the grave of Weizmann and his wife and a memorial plaza with a sculpture in memory of the victims of the Holocaust, as well as the Weizmann Archives, which keep all of his writings and tens of thousands of documents on his ties with statesmen across the world. The house is open for visits from Sunday to Thursday by arrangement, with classic tours of the house, architecture tours, activities for the whole family and programmes for schools, and its pages also offer a 360-degree virtual tour.
