Falafel Shoshana was founded in 1975 in the Ramat Eliyahu neighbourhood of Rishon LeZion by Shoshana Mizrahi, and its site says the falafel has passed from generation to generation, with the third generation running it today. It has three shops, all in the city: this one at 16 Zalman Shneur Street in Ramat Eliyahu, one at 112 Rothschild Street and one at 13 HaHadracha Boulevard; the site says the shops were renovated while the place and the flavours stayed as they were. The falafel is made from natural ingredients with no preservatives, and the site names three things that guide it: cleanliness, courteous service, and freshness, with everything made and cut through the day. It also sells its falafel mix frozen, for making at home.
