A family boutique winery on Bustan Ivri, a farm in the farmland of Rosh Pinna looking out to the Golan and Mount Hermon, with tours and tastings booked ahead.

Alber Winery is a family boutique winery on Bustan Ivri, a 16 dunam farm in the farmland of Rosh Pinna between Kibbutz Mahanayim and Ayelet HaShahar, east of Road 90, run by Doron and Limor. The orchard was founded by Avi Lazrof, and the winery is named after his grandfather; its grapes are grown, picked, made into wine and bottled on the farm, from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc vines, beside olive groves, a spice garden and the seven species. A tour, booked ahead, changes with the seasons: a lookout over the Golan Heights, Mount Hermon, the Naftali Mountains and the Hula Valley, a walk through the vineyard and the olive grove, a fig off the tree and herbs from the spice bed, and a tasting of its wines with Galilee cheeses and snacks. The farm sells its own olive oil, pomegranate juice pressed on the spot, figs, sweet corn in season, jams, liqueurs and its wines, which its shop lists at 95 shekels a bottle.
